Staying awake at night affects everyday life, and causes symptoms like fatigue, moodiness, irritability, anger, anxiety, poor concentration/memory/cognitive function, lack of energy, headaches or migraines, upset stomach, and lack of coordination.

The situation can get worse with every day that goes by. For some people, chamomile does wonders. Others like nice music, but we strongly recommend that you use nutmeg to treat your insomnia and sleep deprivation.

The nutmeg-honey mix works well, too. Combine a pinch of nutmeg powder and a tablespoon of honey. Eat this 15 minutes before you go to bed.
